getPhoto provides tools for uploading, organizing and sharing event photos through personal galleries and face search. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and use the service lawfully.

You are responsible for the content you upload, the permissions you have to use it and the people you invite to view it.

You may not use getPhoto to upload unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, deceptive or infringing content; violate someone’s privacy; distribute malware; attempt to bypass security; or interfere with the service or another person’s access.

We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or our legal rights.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You give getPhoto the limited permission needed to host, process, display and deliver that content so the service works for you and your invited guests.

Before uploading photos or enabling face search, you must obtain any notices, permissions and consents required by applicable law. You are responsible for responding to requests from people shown in your galleries.

Some features require payment. Prices, storage limits and included features are shown at checkout or on the applicable pricing page. You authorize the selected payment method to be charged for recurring subscriptions or other purchases you confirm.

All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused storage, unused features, early cancellation, account closure or failure to use the service. If the law requires a refund or a different cancellation right, that requirement will apply.

You can cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation does not reverse charges already made and access may continue until the current paid period ends.

We work to keep getPhoto available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, outages or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You should keep your own backups of important photos and content.

getPhoto and its software, branding, design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of them. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, getPhoto is provided as available without warranties that the service will meet every requirement or that photo matching will be perfect. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or for losses caused by failure to keep independent backups.

To the extent permitted by law, getPhoto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the applicable period.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any recurring subscription.
